PCS Winter Fair

The Second Annual Winter Fair was held at PCS on Friday 17th November.

We decided to hold the event a little earlier this year to mark the start of the festive season and provide an opportunity for Christmas Shopping while supporting the school and the local community.

There were over forty stalls at the event which grew from last year to take over the Main Hall and both Food Halls. The variety was astounding with sweets, treats, gifts, crafts, face painting and even a bouncy castle. Even Santa popped in to say 'Ho, Ho, Ho!'

Many of the stalls were from within the community. We also had lots of students involved, with Year 8 being especially well represented. PCS musicians also kept the crowd entertained throughout the evening.

At the time of writing we expect to have raised around £700 for charity which is simply wonderful!

Planning is now underway for the second 'One Love Peacehaven' event which will be held in the Summer. Please watch this space for more details and stall-holding opportunities coming soon!!

Many thanks,

Kat.
