We attribute our success as a school to many factors, but one key factor is the true partnership between all the members of our school community.
We actively encourage parental involvement in all aspects of school life, recognising that it is the on-going support and involvement of parents which is the essential ingredient in a student’s success.
By working together we can achieve our aims as a school; preparing students to be happy and successful in all aspects of their adult lives.
We believe that homework and independent learning and lots of reading for pleasure are essential to a child’s academic success and support and encouragement at home from parents and carers is key.
Communication between home and school is of great importance to us. Please feel free to contact the school at any time regarding any concerns you may have. Our tutors , teachers, heads of year and senior leaders will be more than happy to discuss your child’s progress with you.
In terms of the school communicating with home, we issue termly reports, a termly newsletter, organise a number of information and consultation evenings and regularly update the website with key information.
