Hot Pot Visit
A team of yr 7, 8 and 9 students have been busy creating bi lingual publicity materials in French and English to help promote healthy eating as part of an exciting project with the University of Brighton. On Wednesday 8th June, the students along with the yr 10 Hospitality group spent an interesting afternoon in the Culinary Arts Studio at the Eastbourne Campus.
Students took part in research activities and sampled a selection of different foods. Some of the new taste sensations were a pleasant surprise to the students and there were lots of requests to return! Watch this space to find out more about the fantastic display of materials that will be used at road shows along the South coast in the autumn.
Four of the posters that will be used have now been added to the Gallery.
