Wimbledon
PCS students and staff went to Wimbledon on Sunday 5th of July having secured Court No.2 tickets in the most recent ballot.
We had a brilliant day walking around the grounds of Wimbledon, watching many exciting matches from the Juniors championship round 16, a mixture of men’s and women’s singles and doubles matches, and even sitting on the famous Murray’s mound!
On court no.2 we watched Henry Patten represent GBR in the men’s doubles securing victory. We also watched a thrilling 3 set match up between Muchova v Krejcikova that went the distance seeing Muchova, the 10th seed in Wimbledon, take the win.
It was an amazing day out for us all!
